Booking the holiday home is only possible through booking system.
The indicated prices apply to bookings for up to 6 people.
Reservations can be made for two nights or more.

*For hygienic reasons, it is mandatory to place a large towel on the sauna benches!

- The beds are made up and there is 1 set of towels per person.

CONSUMPTION HOLIDAY HOME AND WELLNESS
As the consumption of water, electricity and natural gas is variable according to the seasons, the occupancy rate of the wellness and the needs of the guest(s), these costs are not included in the rent. Total consumption will be settled at the end of your stay.
We reserve the right to adjust at any time the rates given below, according to current market price fluctuations.

Cancellation policy and costs
Cancellation:
All reservations are subject to the cancellation conditions of the booking channel of your choice :
Website Zente, Logeren in Vlaanderen, Booking.com, Fairbnb or Airbnb.
Move a booking to a different period:
The same rules apply for a reservation change : the conditions are the same as for cancelling a reservation. Move your reservation before the start of the cancellation period to avoid charges.
Cancellation terms:
- Up to 21 days before the start of the rental period*: Full refund** minus administrative cost of € 20.00
- From 21 days to 7 days before the start of the rental period*: 50% refund**
- As of 7 days before the start of the rental period*: 0% refund**
*The start of the rental period refers to the check-in time: 5pm.
**Refund applies to the total amount of the reservation.
If in force majeure cases the owner has to cancel made bookings of the holiday home, the tenant will be informed immediately and the amount already paid will be promptly refunded. The tenant has no other right than to reclaim this amount.
Your cancellation must be made in writing by regular mail or email.
Further agreements
- You agree with the general terms and conditions when booking the holiday home.
- When booking, you pay the full amount of the rental period. The deposit is paid upon arrival.
- The deposit is €250,00 per stay.
- The deposit will be refunded to your account within 5 days after your departure, subject to deduction of possible costs in case of damage or breakage.
- The consumption of water, gas and electricity is not included in the rental price and will be charged separately at the end of your stay.
- Final cleaning is included in the rental price (see house rules on arrival).
- SMOKING is not allowed in any part of the holiday home, except outside on the terrace of the inner garden.
- We love animals very much, but for practical and hygienic reasons you cannot bring them along.
- The holiday home or the wellness area cannot be used for parties. Due to legal restrictions, we cannot accommodate more than 8 persons.
- Ambient music is allowed in the courtyard until 10 pm, just make sure it does not create noise nuisance for local residents.
